Why yoga?
Your team will learn how to use breath to move efficiently and with more ease. We will utilize poses to help strengthen often overlooked muscles in traditional weightlifting which can prevent injury. Yoga will benefit the mental health of your athletes by accessing deep inner strength, courage and self-awareness.
Why me?
With my years of working in athletics, I bring an inspiring voice and make yoga approachable for all ability levels. You and your athletes will be challenged but there are no handstands in my practice, unless you want them!
Why now?
​Why not now? Introducing athletes to different types of training makes them more well rounded and versatile. Exposing them to something new can be the difference maker and fill the hole you didn’t know was there.
